Working in kiln-formed glass, I explore abstraction through structure, surface, and atmosphere. My compositions range from architectural Glasscapes that distill landscape and city grid into line and form, to richly layered works defined by intricate mark-making and tactile pattern. Multiple firings allow the glass to develop depth, dimensionality, and nuanced transparency. Linear frameworks establish order, while layered textures and hand-drawn elements introduce rhythm and movement. The dialogue between control and intuition is central to the work. Each piece is an investigation of how light interacts with structure — how surface, geometry, and atmosphere coexist within a contemporary abstract language.
