Military veteran, world traveler, philanthropist, animal lover, artisan, optimist

After a fulfilling 20-year Air Force career, I focused on my new vocation - art! Beginning as a stained glass artist, I made many commissioned stained glass windows and fireplace screens for clients in the Northern Virginia area.  Over past 20+ years, I transitioned to fused or kiln formed glass as my primary medium.  Always looking for a challenge and easily bored, I studied not only advanced art glass, but also ceramic sculpture, metal working, painting and multi-media art. In recent years I have exhibited my work at several local and international juried shows including the Contemporary Glass Society, United Kingdom; Southwest School of Art, San Antonio, TX; and the San Antonio Art League and Museum.  In addition, one of my textured glass pieces was selected for the Salud-Arte Public Art Installation, Capital Improvement Program, University Health System, San Antonio, TX.

I have a passion for bright colors and organic, fluid forms which generate depth and dimension. My artwork draws you in with it’s movement and texture. I have an affinity for composition, depth, dimension and light, but also a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Here's what some of my clients are saying:

“Thank you Anne! So delighted with my collage panel, “Nirvana.” First of all it is gorgeous and beautifully crafted … you are a gifted artist.  And the charitable donation was icing on the cake.”  Diane Cooper C.

“We just love, love, love this! It’s such a beautiful, bright piece in our house.  Thank you.” Lupe M."

"If you want to give a uniquely special gift this year, and receive the biggest smile ever, give this art that speaks to the heart! P.S. A portion from each piece sold goes to a charitable organization...art from the heart!" Angie T.
