I make every attempt to mail your order within 2 days of the date of payment. I will be in contact with you to let you know when your order is shipped and when you should expect to receive your order.

No you do not have to designate a charity. If you do not do so, I will make a donation in your name to one of my charities and let you know.

I will send you documentation from the charity to show the donation in your name.

If you contact me with your special requirements, I will be happy to make a collage piece that meets your needs.

Use a soft cloth to wipe off your artwork as needed. DO NOT use liquid cleaners of any kind.

As with any artwork, direct sunlight may cause fading. I use only the best supplies and take all precautions to ensure my artwork will last a lifetime if properly protected! ​

Yes. Please send me an email with what item you are interested in purchasing and your shipping address so I can provide you with shipping costs and I'll create a private quote for you. Please be aware that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can also cause delays beyond our ordinal delivery estimate.

If you are dissatisfied with your artwork purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and tell me why you are unhappy. If I cannot make it work for you, you may return the artwork for a full refund. You will be responsible for packing and shipping costs for the return.
