Glasscapes Series
 
Layers of textured fused glass create a sense of movement through an abstract landscape where cool blues, soft neutrals, warm gold, and touches of black suggest a journey through an imagined city. Sweeping cobalt blue glass and a flowing metallic accent lead the eye across the composition, while raised geometric elements add depth and shifting reflections as the light changes throughout the day.
 
Mounted within a custom satin black shadow box featuring a hand-painted gold inset, the piece is designed to float within the frame, enhancing its dimensional quality. A miniature fused glass "tattoo" on the side of the frame echoes the artwork's color palette and serves as a unique finishing detail.
 
Like all pieces in the Glasscapes series, Blue Passage invites the viewer to discover their own landscape—one shaped by memory, movement, and light.
