Where the Day Begins is a one-of-a-kind sculptural glass artwork from my
Glasscapes series.
 
Layers of hand-cut glass-each with its own color, texture and depth-are built into an abstract landscape that suggests a city awakening to the first light. Soft washes of blue, lavender and pink create a peaceful horizon while the stacked glass elements rise from the surface, catching light and casting subtle shadows. Every angle reveals new details and little moments to discover.
 
The piece is mounted on a 24" x 12" cradled wood panel with finished sides and includes one of my signature tattoos-a small glass detail on the side that echoes the design on the front. Ready to bring a sense of calm, color and light into your space.
